• Fill out the form below and we will email you a return shipping label.  Check your spam folder if you do not see it in within 2 business days…  Our system will send a return label to the email address you used to make your purchase. 
  
• You may return the item up to 90 days from the purchase date. All returns must be authorized in advance.
• For Warranty and exchanges when purchased through SoftStartUSA directly, and outside of our 90-day return window, contact our tech support team to verify the unit qualifies for an exchange or refund.
• If you purchased through Amazon or one of our Resellers, Distributors or Dealers please use their return procedures.
• For Warranty or exchanges, contact the company you purchased from. They will exchange your unit for a new one. We will then replenish their inventory.

NOTE: We will not issue refunds until the product has arrived at our returns facility, inspected and entered into our system.  It can take up to 21 days for your financial institution to make funds available in your account.  Thank you for your understanding.
